All prices listed on this website include VAT where applicable. The current rate of VAT is 17.5%. If there are any price changes or changes to product specification, which have not been updated on our website, you will be notified before we process your order.

Payment
We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards (processed through Paypal), Cheques in Pounds Sterling or British Postal orders made payable to UKB Internet Services. Payments are guaranteed 100% secure. All payment options are fully explained during the checkout process.

Ordering
Items/services can be ordered via our secure shopping cart server. Or alternatively we are happy to accept orders by post or telephone. The placing of an order is acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Item Availability
All items are immediately available for configuration to your specifications. If however the item you have ordered is delayed for any particular reason we will contact you without delay informing you of the expected completion date of your order, and inform you of any alternatives that are available or give you the chance to cancel the order. Normal hours of business are Monday to Friday 09.00 to 17.00 although all ordered items will normally be made available to you within 24 hours wherever possible.

All information gathered from customer orders or enquiries are dealt with in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. It is not our policy to offer or sell any information gathered from our mail order activities to any third parties.
